p
a positive case!

Cheap guitars are individuals with not equal quality, but I have to say that my "grey kramer" is strongly on the positive side. Tuners of this guitar are rubbish, just add the cost of new tuners to the guitar! The rest is very good for the money, everything is straight, stays well in tune and paint looks nice. Tried beefier 10-52 strings on it and started to love it! PS. Later I bought red edition of the same guitar as a kit to try different setups, but it feels cheaper(neck laquer is really thin!) and lower quality than the grey one. Is it occasion or not I don't know but grey one has been a good and stable instrument for me for a year!

Very high quality product.

The neck is extremely playable, it sounded great out of the box - didn't need much setting up. All the hardware works great and the pickups have decent output.

Notice I didn't say high quality for the money, it's high quality period. This guitar is easily worth double the price! Don't get any ideas Thomann..

Not much more to say, it's pretty to look at, great to play and I can very much recommend it wether you're starting out or gigging/self recording. Rock on!

t
A decent guitar for it's price

Finish is fine, I didn't like the pickguard color which is light blue and I couldn't see it on the product photos, but obviously this is just personal taste. Neck is typical cheap guitar "fatso" and since I'm an ibanez guy, I think I'll have to do something with it. Fretwork was fine. Tuners work, people complain about stability but haven't played that long to have my own opinion.... Pickups are nothing special, volume and tone controls similarly nothing special. I played on a modeler, no noise, no feedback nothing weird, but I'm not sure this will be the case with a loud amp as well...Bridge seems to be a toy and maybe it will be one of the first things to replace...Do yourself a favour and replace the strings it comes with, before you play it, and thank me later! Overall I bought it because I was looking for a cheap strat style guitar with maple fretboard...The mahogany body was a great bonus.
