Une overdrive de type verte avec du potentiel en plus!

Utilisée principalement sur un ampli dejà crucn elle donne plus de possibilité pour moi qu'une tubescreamer, les réglages en plus permettant plus de sons, fabrication nickel! Tres satisfait

J'adore cette pédale et les possibilités qu'elle offre.
Clean boost, TS9 like, etc... avec la possibilité d'agir sur les basses et les médiums. Une polyvalence redoutable ! Elle respecte bien l'instrument et le toucher. Elle offre tout ce que je peux demander à une OD. Je ne la vendrai jamais.

Very pleased with this boost

I'm using this primarily to boost my ENGL Invader 100, tightening up the heavy bass on the third channel. High gain application.

It's a great sounding and super versatile boost. Using the 100hz and 500hz dials I can really tweak it to the ENGL, which can get overly nasal and thin with some boosters. Not this one, I dial the 500hz down a bit and 100hz up. Problem solved.

Only negative is that those two dials are VERY sensitive. Small tweaks go a long way.

Can't compare it to say Maxon OD808 or a TS9, never owned those. Definitely step up from my old Digitech Bad Monkey though.

The best ovedrive, until Way Huge

When I first started playing guitar I had the classic "green overdrive", and I've used it a lot in different applications but I've never found the sweet pot on that one due to the nature of my rig and the tonal characteristics of the overdrive itself.
Then I bought the Rhino, and I've found a huge palette of sounds, a totally different gainstage, a much more fuller and inspiring sound, and finally a surgical eq approach thanks to the 100 and 500 Hz pots. But if you're a nostalgic of that classic "green overdrive" sound, you can toggle the Classic switch and benefit of the gain characteristics of the Rhino.
If you're on the market for an overdrive... then you want the Green Rhino!
