UDG Ableton Push 3 Hardcase

on the outside this case is decent. i reckon UDG have been producing this style of exterior for years, no surprises here.

but from what i've seen on the inside, i strongly suspect they designed this case without actually having a Push 3 on hand.

the extra room for accessories is *just barely* enough horizontal space to fit the AC adapter inside the case. this jams the adapter right up against the Push 3 unit, though. there's like 2 millimeters left in between. i fear the AC adapter could cause cosmetic damage to my Push 3 if i were to transport them together inside this case.

the soft-foam padding in the top half of the case puts too much pressure on the volume and navigation dials. with the case fully closed, you can hear the clicking noise of the button switches underneath the dials when you press on the case with your finger. this may actually wear out the switches faster.
i managed to fix this issue by carefully measuring and cutting away three sections of the foam to make space for the dials and rotary encoders. something that really was UDG's job to do but i somehow improved the case so uhh, fine i guess.
the only downside is that now i can't return the case anymore.
