Sela Tongue Drum SETD13U1

Wow ! Le son m'a bluffé pour un petit tongue drum. La basse au milieu est surprenante et a beaucoup de sustain. A noter que pour un tongue drum les notes sont assez "pures" : pas trop d'harmoniques parasites, floues, sur les notes individuellement. Évidemment quand on joue toutes les notes, et que tout résonne en même temps, là c'est plein d'harmoniques parfois légèrement dissonantes, mais c'est un coup à prendre, une manière de jouer et d'étouffer certaines notes si nécessaire tout en jouant. Un super tongue drum pour ce prix ! Il est beau et sobre. Et la housse est top !

I took a risk to order this one, since I couldn’t find any audio recording on the internet, but bought it because I wanted to get one in 432 Hz so that It could match with my crystal singing bowls which are also tuned in 432 Hz. Thomann crew kindly helped me also with the choice for the stand to put it on and to be able to play it in a heightened and tilted way (Millenium SS-901X Pro Series Snare Stand). I just had to adjust it a bit so that the vibrations of the drum don’t get muffled by some parts of the stand that come in contact with the bottom parts of the drum.
I am sure I will buy some more tongue drums from Sela. I look forward to use this one (and others in the future) for the people and to send them to a lovely sound travels. :)
I so much enjoy the bag (it is really lovely) and that there are 2 different sets of mallets added. I also used other mallets, which sound really nice. I am not so efficient with playing with my fingers, hands, yet, maybe I have to try some more and results will come.

Der Klang, beängstigend voll, harmonisch , einfach Spitze!!
Ich hatte vorher eine andere Tongue Drum, sie war auch wunderbar, aber da mein Mann letzte Woche bei Thomann in der Cyber Week eine Sela zum super Preis gekauft hat, wollte ich auch eine Sela.
Eine Handpan ist mir noch zu teuer, habe mir letzte Woche auch ein Akkordeon bei Thomann gekauft, aber irgendwann wird's auch eine Handpan.
Die Tongue Drum hat 3 Paar Schlägel, die wunderbar zum Instrument passen, sind auch nicht zu groß!
Aber mit den Händen klingt sie meiner Meinung nach am allerbesten, wenn man etwas ruhigere Töne braucht.

Da ich ein hektischer Mensch bin, Trott meines Alters (71) brauche ich dieses Instrument zum Abschalten.
Der Klang ist weich, sehr voll und die Vibration der Tongue Drum ist der Hammer.
Ich bin absolut begeistert!
Habe mir nun noch den Thomann Holzstand dazu gekauft, da ich finde dass sie so noch besser klingt als wenn sie auf einem Tisch steht.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!!
