Gorgeous Sound!

This is a beautiful instrument. I purchased it in cherry wood and the sound is lovely - full & rich. During the pandemic, I decided that I wanted to add more beauty to my life and learning to play a musical instrument seemed like a great idea.

I have no cons. The wood is very pretty. The sound is wonderful.
FYI - I also bought a Yamaha resin recorder to practice on during the breaking in period for my Küng. I highly suggest having a practice instrument.

Powerful full tone

I decided to purchase this alto as I already have it's bigger sister, the tenor in the same Cherry wood. What struck me after receiving, was the wood grain. My tenor is a beauty, but the wood grain, even though both Cherry, the alto is really striking with the grain pattern.
Just like it's bigger sister, it has a wonderful rounded warm tone. It plays with ease across the whole register, and projects perfectly with the wide bore.
Kung recorders, in my opinion are right up there with the other big names and should not be over looked. I've paid vast amounts more for others, yet it is always my Kung recorders that I pick up first.

Meine erste Altflöte!

Ich hab eine Altflöte zum lernen gesucht - zuverlässig in der Intonation und Ansprache, aber eben kein Meisterinstrument um den Geldbeutel nicht allzusehr zu strapazieren. Bisher hab ich nur gute Erfahrungen mit der Firma Küng gemacht, von der Studio Sopran in Kirsche war (und bin ich immer noch) hellauf begeistert. Daher wurde ohne viel Federlesens die Wahl auf diese Altflöte gefällt. Ich bereue meine Entscheidung nicht. Der Klang ist voll, kräftig , warm und das Instrument ist tip-top verarbeitet. Vergleiche zu anderen Altflöten kann ich nicht ziehen, da ich bisher keine anderen Modelle in der Hand hatte. Sicherlich gibt es Flöten, die feiner, graziler klingen, aber für den Einstieg ist die Studio optimal und wird mir definitiv auch darüber hinaus noch viel Freude bereiten.

klangstarke Flöte, nicht immer einfach zu spielen

solide, akkurate Verarbeitung;
beeindruckend satter, voller Klang in allen Lagen;
aber vielleicht nicht gerade ein Anfängerinstrument, sie verlangt etwas Feingefühl
