Göldo LT2 Les Trem C

Fabriqué par Goeldo sous license, à l'identique donc d'un Duesenberg LT2, ici dans une finition avec un levier plat.
Le montage est enfantin, il n'y a aucune modification à prévoir, à part l'achat d'un chevalet à rouleaux pour un résultat optimal.
C'est du super matériel, plus réactif et beaucoup moins cher qu'un Bigsby+Vibramate.
Je ne peux que le recommander.

Installation sympa sur une SC-450Plus LD Vintage Series Harley Benton. Moins imposant qu'un système Bigsby et surtout moins couteux, le vibrato Göldo est plutôt convainquant.

Seul bémol, l'écrou qui maintient la poignée en position a tendance à se desserrer. Problème réglé avec un peu de frein filet.
Le montage des cordes est hyper facile, et l'accord se maintient globalement bien.
Un vibrato sympa, efficace avec un look original.

I was looking for a Bigsby tremolo for my Gibson SG but was incertain of having to drill holes in it to fit the system.

I became aware of the Goldo trem (either made by Duesenberg or the other way about) and it is very similar to the Bigsby but doesn’t require holes to be drilled. You replace the Tune-o-matic hard tail bridge with the Goldo and use the existing holes. Takes 5 minutes to fit then you have to restring.

I ordered from Thomann and received it a few days later.

Apart from looking like a Bigsby-style trem and acting like one, the best part is that you can take it off in future without worrying about holes being left in your guitar. Again, a 5 minute job before you need to restring.

It works for any guitar that has a Gibson-style Tune-o-matic hard tail - Gibson and Epiphone models especially; Les Paul, SG, Explorer, Flying V etc.
