Bon bridge de remplacement

Utilisé dans le cadre d'un projet DIY, je suis tout à fait satisfait (pas de bruits indésirables, bel effet chromé, bon sustain). Très bonne marque pour les chevalets de remplacement en règle générale.

Good quality, but barely fits

I've used this bridge on my Music Man S.U.B. bass and the three basic holes barely fit the original holes. Obviously the centre one is fine, but the two on its side are a little bit too large. The screw still fits though. The two other holes on the sides instead are smaller and intended to use withg a screw of course, but the S.U.B. has bigger "screws". I had to adapt it by placing two long screws a bit awry hooking the bottom of the big holes.
Despite all of this it's still stable, solid and works.

I bought this to replace the bridge on a Squire Bronco bass and it went beyond my expectations in terms of functionality and quality.

It has lots of room for intonation and string action adjustment and is very sturdy. I feel this bridge will last me a very long time.

Nachdem ich die Brücke schon vor einigen Jahren gekauft habe und sie immer noch hoch bewertet hier steht muss ich meine Meinung und ein paar Fakten loswerden. Kaufentscheidend war für mich die Angabe, dass es sich um Messingreiter handelt.
Die Verarbeitung ist Mittelmaß, nix tolles aber noch ok.
Gegenüber dem Original ist das Blech dünner . Beim Aufschrauben kann sich das Grundblech verbiegen und liegt nicht mehr plan auf. Die Reiter fallen ebenfalls schlanker aus.
Da mir die Reiter komisch vorkamen, habe ich sie angefeilt. Da war nix von Messing zu sehen, reines Eisen oder Guß. Nichts was irgendwie Ähnlichkeit mit Messing hat.
Habe mir daraufhin neue Reiter aus unverchromtem Messing geholt, wie ich wollte.
Die Sache mit dem Messing habe ich tel. beim T. hinterlegt. Ich weiß nicht, ob hier ein Qualitätscheck erfolgt ist.
Ich würde die Brücke nicht wieder kaufen. Lieber eine Alternative suchen.
