I have been using it for years, now. Pretty neutral sounding output, which is what one wants for mixing purposes in a (home)studio.

Open back probably would have been better, but I'm also using these headphones for vocal recordings, and I do not want the sound of the headphones blending in the recordings.

I bought a straight cable for it because I really did not like the curled cable that comes with it. This replacement straight cable was way too pricey, some €20 if I remember correctly.

I would have preferred if the headphones came with a straight cable instead of a curled one.

Also, the adapter to turn the small jack into a 1/4" jack is a screw on. That is not necessary at all, I think, and a bit of a bother, really.

Overall fabrication quality: pretty good. After extensive use, it is still in very good condition. Ear pads can be washed and can be bought new, if necessary.
