Je cherchais un hi-hat avec un son de fermeture net et tranchant, ce modèle a répondu au mieux à mes attentes.Je les utilise en jazz-fusion.

Magnifique, solide, un son très précis qui permet un jeu de HH complexe. Le son ouvert est très sympa aussi. C’est du K. Je suis très content de ces cymbales.

Fantastic HiHat. I bought it about 4 years ago and its quality is still the same. I use it for jazz, funk and hip-hop and the sound quality is what I was looking for: crisp and clear. Built quality is superb!

What can you say about perfection !
I've tried heavy sound edge Hi-Hats to be crisp, cutting and loud, but the chick never sounded quite right.
I've tried lighter jazz Hi-Hats which are well balanced, but not loud enough.
I've considered regular heavy Hi-Hats, but the chick is more of a thud.
After being thoroughly impressed with a couple of K-Custom Hybrid splashes, I decided to splash out on this. It's the "Holy Grail" of Hi-Hats ! The best I've found in a lifetime ! It was a bit of a gamble going for this size, but I'm glad I didn't get the larger size. I'm now achieving sounds I've longed for from recordings made way back. My first impression on picking it up was that it was heavier than expected, but it's tough and powerful. The Hybrid concept of lathing (quite heavily) the outside only really does work to extend the highs without losing the lows. Excellent !
