Loris Lombardo ist sicher ein kompetenter und virtuoser Handpanspieler. Sein Lehrbuch hat mich nicht im selben Maße überzeugt. Es ist sehr gründlich aber strohtrocken. Man bleibt in einer Fülle von Etüden stecken und vermisst über weite Strecken den Spielspaß. Brauchbare Rhythmen und erste hörenswerte Klangkombinationen kommen meines Erachtens zu kurz.
Ich würde es keinem Anfänger empfehlen.
