Steinberg Verve (ESD); virtual piano instrument for HALion; intricately sampled felt grand piano from Yamaha Studios LA, recorded using a specially developed single-finger robot with 12 dynamic layers per key; two microphone positions (close, room) with seamless distance control; additional texture layer with 66 presets based on materials like metal, glass, dry ice, electromagnetic sources, or orchestral strings; main page with controls for balance between piano and texture, contour filter, variation, and distance; piano page with parameters for color, compression, sustain resonance, release and attack noise, key and pedal noise, reverb send; texture page with mod wheel assignment, key range, color, variation, contour, attack/release, and reverb send; effects page with delay (preset selection, sync, time, feedback, mix) independently adjustable for piano and texture layers, plus global reverb (preset, pre-delay, time, mix)
