A solid upgrade for balanced use
I bought this cable mainly to use my HD 620S with a balanced output, and it does exactly what I expected. The fit on the headphone side is secure, the cable feels well made, and it is not overly stiff in daily use.
I would not say it magically changes the sound, but with a proper balanced source it gives me a cleaner and more confident setup, especially in terms of available power and convenience. Overall, it feels like the right cable to complete the HD 620S if you want to use it balanced.
