Marcus Miller V5 24-4 NT LH

The Marcus Miller V5 24-4 NT LH is a very attractive bass guitar with a beautiful natural finish and classic design. Unfortunately, the instrument I received arrived with several quality control issues. The frets were unevenly installed, which caused noticeable buzzing around the second fret and made proper setup difficult. In addition, the bridge pickup was not working at all. The control knobs also produced crackling noises and felt rather cheap in operation. Finally, the fret finishing was not up to standard, as there were sharp fret ends that could be felt while playing. While the bass looks excellent, the overall build quality and condition of the instrument were disappointing.

I was also disappointed with the customer service provided by the Polish store support team. The refund process was particularly frustrating, as I did not receive my money back until nearly three weeks later and only after sending multiple follow-up emails.
