Give piece a chance...
Excited, that I was, to plug and play my brand new iRig HD X!
But quickly turned off after the shipped product appeared dysfunctional (it seems a corrupted internal circuit prevented the input signal to reach any connected Apple device).
Existing neutral Youtube reviews of IK's a/d/a interface convinced me to give this piece a second chance.
In particular, I am grateful to Thomann's dedicated and responsive team of professionals as they guided me through the re-order/return process swiftly. Cherry on this digital cake, all of them demonstrated sincere empathetic soft skills.
Impatient to get the replacement iRig HD X and, hopefully, to soon publish a cracking review on a fully functional exemplar!

j ai acheté Irig HDX pour le faire fonctionné sur mmon telephone Android
et je ne peux pas faire fonctionné ni meme charge installé amplitube ni tonex normalement livre avec l apparell

J’ai acheté ce produit pour sa simplicité.. mais en fait il n’y a rien de simple. Déjà tout est en anglais. Une fois le compte enregistré puis l’application installée puis un code de 3 mètre enregistré rien ne marche.. ni leur appli ni sur garageband.. bon à renvoyer
