5 string with a lovely neck and great sound
MV5-JB, the 5 string bass with a slim neck.
I have been wanting to try a 5 string bass for a while now, but many have quite the wide neck nut width. This one comes in 43mm at the nut so not much bigger than a tradition precision neck.
Fit and finish was awesome and well above basses 2x/3x the price. Tone is great and the low B packs a nice low rumble but is not floppy.
Weight was nice and feature wise this instrument is great value for money!

After quite a few adjustments, excellent
Looks, feels, and sounds amazing.
As soon I unpacked it, I changed the strings, only to my astonishment the E string tuner was falling off.
Quick turn of a screwdriver fixed that, the others were fine.
Took a while to fix the intonation, it was really bad on all strings except the G.
Again, all cured, and plays and sounds better than my Fender Jazz.

Perfect Mod-platform
The build quality of this instrument is outstanding , I changed the pickups and electronics and now I have a super bass that goes on anabolics.
I really recommend it, the roasted maple makes this instrument very stable even on extreme weather like Sweden’s.
