When it comes to choosing the size of the mouthpiece, it depends on personal physical traits. So I would recommend this particular model to those who have fleshy lips. But if I talk of the characteristics of Bruno Tilz mouthpieces, I think they are great alternatives to Bach mouthpieces! They have warm and round sound of Bach, but they respond faster and more smoothly..! (especially on the higher register) Also, I think the response can be compared to Stork mouthpieces, but higher register is a little bit easier with Stork. But Stork sounds bright and sharp while Bruno Tilz sounds warm and round, so it is just the matter of taste (and there are always trade offs) Hope my review can be of help to someone!
