Arturia Spark 2

The Spark 2 drum machine software by Arturia is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a high quality soft drum machine at a very reasonable price. Among it's features are: A "MAIN" panel, which mirrors the SparkLE hardware controller, a fully featured "SEQUENCER" panel, a "SONG" arranger panel, a "STUDIO" panel, a "MODULAR" panel, a "MIXER" panel plus "LIBRARY" and "PREFERENCES" panels. It can be used in Standalone mode or within a DAW. As well as it being multi-featured, I've found it cheaper and far easier to use than other more expensive hardware and software drum machines. If you'd like a more "hands-on" experience, i.e. for live performance, you should be able to pick up an Arturia SparkLE hardware drum controller used for around £70.00. Unfortunately Arturia have discontinued production of the SparkLE but I managed to get one (used) in brand new condition.
